Your profile and preferences
Settings > User Settings holds your password, two-factor, professional background, timezone, meeting briefing instructions and preferred CRM pipeline. Your name and email are read-only.
Settings > User Settings is your own page. Nothing on it affects anyone else in the workspace, and every member has it regardless of role. Most fields save when you click away, with a Changes saved confirmation.
Personal information
Email, First name, Last name and Organization are shown here as read-only facts that come from your account. Anything not filled in reads Not set. These details come from your account record and are not editable anywhere in the app. If a name or address is wrong, contact Spiich.

If you cannot sign in at all, use the forgot-password link on the login screen instead, which emails a reset link. Two-factor lives just below the password section and has its own guide: Two-factor authentication.
Your professional background
Professional background is a free-text field describing your experience and expertise. Spiich uses it as context in meetings and interactions, and colleagues can see it. It saves automatically when you click out of the field.
Meeting briefings and timezone
The Meeting briefings section only appears once Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is connected to your account. If you cannot find it, connect your mailbox first in Settings > Integrations.
Send Meeting Briefingsturns the daily automated briefings on or off.Timezonesets the zone briefings are scheduled against, chosen from a fixed list of cities rather than typed. It is also the timezone your Insights activity is filed against, so it is worth getting right.Briefing Instructionsis where you describe how you want each briefing prepared. A legend explains the template syntax, andReset to Defaultputs the standard template back.
Preferred CRM pipeline
A Pipedrive preferences section appears when Pipedrive is connected, and a HubSpot preferences section when HubSpot is connected. Each has one setting, Preferred Pipeline, which decides the pipeline new deals are created in. The choices come from your CRM's own pipeline list and archived pipelines are hidden.
Pick the pipeline you actually work in. Deals Spiich creates from a meeting, a chat instruction or an agent all land there.
Speech recognition language
The language used for voice transcription lives one page over, at Settings > Agent Customization, under User information. Set Speech Recognition Language to the language you actually speak in recordings, chosen from a fixed list of eighteen.
The same panel holds three more personal fields the assistant reads: Job Title, Responsibilities and Communication Preferences, which is how you want Spiich to talk to you rather than how it should write your emails. Organization-level fields on the same page are visible to everyone but only admins can edit them.
Limits
- Email, first name, last name and organization cannot be edited from User Settings.
- Timezone is a fixed list of cities, not free text.
- Speech Recognition Language offers eighteen fixed options.
- The meeting briefings section is hidden entirely until Google or Microsoft is connected.
- There is no self-serve account deletion. An admin suspends the account instead, which also signs out every paired device.
- Spiich has no personal API keys or developer tokens for the Spiich API itself. The third-party keys entered in Settings are the enrichment provider keys, which are admin-only, plus a Fireflies API key and any MCP bearer token, which any member can add.
If something goes wrong
- The Meeting briefings section is not on the page. Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 in
Settings > Integrations, then reopen User Settings. - Briefings stopped arriving and the switch is off. They paused themselves after ten days unopened. Switch
Send Meeting Briefingsback on. - The Preferred Pipeline dropdown is empty or disabled. No pipeline came back from the CRM, or the only ones there are archived. Check the connection in
Settings > Integrationsand that at least one active pipeline exists, then reload. - `Let Spiich fill this` is not offered next to a field. The action only shows for fields Spiich considers unfilled, and each field has its own threshold. Clear the field, or just edit it directly.
- Organization fields in Agent Customization are greyed out. Those are admin-editable only. Ask an admin to change them.
