What Spiich is and how it fits your day
Spiich is an agentic sales platform that sits on top of your CRM and keeps it current. You use it in three places: chat and voice, your meetings, and background agents that run while you sell.
Spiich is an AI layer over the CRM you already run. It reads your CRM, your mailbox, your calendar and your meetings, answers questions about them in plain language, and writes updates back so the pipeline stops going stale between calls.
What Spiich is
Spiich connects to one CRM per workspace and treats that CRM as the single source of truth. There is no second copy of your pipeline to reconcile and no data entry screen to learn. You tell Spiich what happened, and Spiich writes it to the CRM.
On top of that connection sits an agent that can act. It searches and filters your records, creates and updates organizations, people, deals and tasks, writes notes, reads your email and calendar, researches companies on the public web, and prepares drafts for you to approve. Everything it does is grounded in your own data plus the company profile you give it during first-run setup.
Who it is for
- Reps who would rather talk through a call than type it up afterwards.
- Sales leaders who want an accurate pipeline and a brief before every external meeting.
- Sales ops and admins who set the workspace up once: the CRM connection, what the agent may read and write, teams, and who gets which capability.
Spiich is built for B2B sales teams working deals in a CRM. It is not a marketing automation tool and not a support desk.
The three ways you use it
Chat and voice
Chat is the default screen. Ask a question about your pipeline, an account or last week's calls, and Spiich answers from your own records with the record names as clickable links. Type @ to mention a real CRM record so there is no ambiguity about which Acme you mean. Press the microphone and talk instead of typing when you are walking out of a meeting.
Spiich runs multi-step work end to end rather than asking permission at every step, but it stops and asks before overwriting a CRM field that already has a value and before acting across a batch of records. See what Spiich does on its own.
Meetings
Spiich prepares a briefing before every external meeting: who is attending, what the CRM already knows, and what changed at their company. Recording happens from your own computer through the Spiich Recorder, so no bot joins the call. Afterwards you get a summary, a searchable transcript, CRM updates and a follow-up email draft. It all lands in My Day.
Background agents
Background agents are the work you do not want to do by hand. You configure one once, and it runs on a schedule, on a CRM event, or on demand against records you pick: finding new leads, enriching contacts, scoring against your ICP, reviewing a pipeline, watching key accounts. Every run keeps a record of what it read and what it changed.
What Spiich connects to
| What | Options |
|---|---|
| CRM, one per workspace | Attio, HubSpot, Pipedrive |
| Mail and calendar, one per person | Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 |
| Meeting recording | Spiich Recorder for macOS and Windows, Fathom, Fireflies.ai |
| Chat | Slack |
| Where you run it | Web app, Chrome extension, mobile app, desktop recorder |
Salesforce is set up with the Spiich team during onboarding rather than connected yourself, because it has to be mapped to your own objects, fields and validation rules. Talk to us if that is your CRM.
What Spiich deliberately does not do
- It is not a CRM. Spiich does not store your pipeline instead of your CRM. Disconnect it and your records are still where they always were.
- It does not send email for you. Every email is an editable draft. You open it in Gmail, Outlook web or your mail client and press Send yourself.
- It does not join meetings as a bot. The recorder runs on your machine and records what your machine hears.
- It does not change important fields quietly. Overwriting a populated CRM field or touching many records at once needs your confirmation first.
- It does not work without a CRM. A workspace with no CRM connected has nothing to ground answers in, which is why connecting one is a step in signup.
Where to go next
Create your workspace, then work through the first-run setup wizard. If you are already in, follow your first week with Spiich. Unfamiliar word? Check the glossary.
