Support has been awful

I've spent multiple thousands of dollars on clay.com. Overall it's a great tool, but lately the support has been awful. Bugs and issues all over and after 7 days and multiple support chats I haven't gotten any help. I am very upset and will try to find a different software.

Never Again

Super poor interface, very complex search engines and eating credits for no reason. I tried to remove a page and all my search thus far got deleted. Customer Service is non existent. Never paying for this again.

Avoid at all costs.

Complex and overpriced. Simple tasks of finding the decision maker and his email turns into endless research, sculptor and AI requests to figure out basic tasks which are ultra complex. Stick with Apollo.io.

One of the absolute worst support experiences I have ever had.

I have paid $350/m for several months, and when I needed support, their best answer was "ask your LLM for help debugging". I mean, it's a joke. Right?

They are clearly THIEF!

Tool is full of BUGs! Support team never help, and everything is made to spend credits. Anyone thinking about this software should look for alternatives!

“It's a clear no-brainer. Fair price, native CRM integration, less admin - better conversations. There's nothing to think about.”

FAQ

Those workflows still need you to maintain them. Every time your ICP shifts, a data provider changes, or a column breaks, you're back in the builder. Spiich Background Agents run autonomously. Describe what you want in plain language, and they prospect, enrich, and sync to your CRM daily. No waterfall logic. No enrichment columns. No babysitting.
Clay gives you control over the plumbing. Spiich gives you control over the outcome. Tell it "find Series A fintech companies in the Nordics hiring SDRs" and it finds them, researches them, scores them against your ICP, identifies decision-makers, and writes everything to your CRM. You skip the 4-6 weeks of workflow building and go straight to selling.
It replaces Clay and the three tools you need around it. Clay gives you an enriched spreadsheet. You still need a sequencer, a CRM connector (on the $446/mo plan), and manual research for outreach. Spiich prospects, enriches, syncs to HubSpot/Attio/Pipedrive, drafts personalised outreach, briefs you before meetings, and resurfaces cold deals. One tool instead of four.
Under five minutes. Connect your CRM, describe your ideal customer, and Background Agents start finding qualified leads. No workflow builder to learn. No columns to configure. One Spiich customer went from signup to 3x market coverage in a single week.

Better Prospects.
Zero Setup.
