Your data in Spiich
Records, tables and views, custom fields, and how Spiich data relates to your CRM.
- Tables and views
A table is a saved view of one CRM object: pick the object, choose the columns, save a filter and a sort. It stays live against your CRM. Members create personal tables, admins create shared ones.
- Record pages
Clicking a row opens the record in place: its card, cards for the organization, people and deals around it, a Tasks, Meetings, Emails and Notes panel, and a chat that already knows the record.
- AI Summary and prompt columns
An AI Summary column writes a short summary of every row. A prompt column answers a question you write in plain English for every row. Both are Spiich-generated and neither is sent to your CRM.
- Act on many records at once
Tick row checkboxes and a bulk bar appears: run a quick action or a background agent across the selection, or re-answer a prompt column. Action columns give every row its own call, text or email button.
- How Spiich and your CRM stay in sync
Your CRM is the source of truth. Every sync rewrites CRM fields in Spiich, Spiich-generated values survive untouched, and every write you make in Spiich is pushed to the CRM immediately or rolled back.
- Tables Spiich builds for youWorkspace admins
An admin turns a shared table into one whose rows Spiich picks for each person on a schedule, from a plain-English brief. Spiich only chooses from records already in your CRM.
