Create your workspace
Signing up creates a new Spiich workspace and makes you its admin. Four steps: your work email, your account details, connecting one CRM, and choosing your plan.
Before you start
- A work email address. Personal domains such as Gmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo and iCloud are rejected.
- Admin rights in Attio, HubSpot or Pipedrive, or a colleague who has them.
Signup is self-serve and takes four numbered steps. Whoever completes it becomes the workspace admin, so if your team is joining Spiich together, it should be the person who will manage members and integrations. Everyone else gets invited afterwards rather than signing up separately.
Sign up with a work email
Enter your work email
Go to the signup page and type your address under
Work email, then clickContinue. Personal domains are refused here with "Please use your company email address." Use the address you actually send mail from at work.Create your account

Step 2 of 4fill inCompany name,First name,Last name, an optionalPhone numberin international format, and a password. Passwords need 10 to 128 characters with at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter. Confirm it and clickContinue. Your workspace exists from this point and you are its admin.Connect your CRM

Step 3 of 4pickAttio,HubSpotorPipedriveand clickContinueto approve Spiich in that system. You need to be an admin in the CRM itself, because Spiich creates webhooks and reads and writes records. Only one CRM connects per workspace, so once one is live the other cards grey out.Choose your plan
On
Step 4 of 4pick your plan and complete checkout. Where a trial applies the button readsStart Free Trial; where your company has a negotiated arrangement it readsSubscribeand billing starts straight away. Checkout opens in a secure payment page and returns you to Spiich when it finishes.
After the last step you land in the first-run setup wizard and Spiich starts researching your company.
Signing up with Google
If your company runs Google Workspace you can skip the password screen. Click Sign up with Google on the signup page and approve the Google consent screen. Spiich then shows a short screen headed One more thing... asking for your Company name. Enter it and you continue into the CRM step. There is no separate plan step for Google sign-ups; your trial starts automatically once the company name is saved.
The same button on the login screen signs you back in later. The screen remembers which method you used last and marks it Last used.
If you are not a CRM admin
You do not have to chase down permissions to finish signup. On the CRM step, tick I'm not a CRM admin - I'll need to share the integration link with my admin to complete the setup, then click Copy Link. Send that link to whoever administers your CRM. When they open it and approve the connection, come back and continue.
Invoice billing
Some companies are set up on an invoice arrangement by the Spiich team instead of self-serve checkout. If yours is one of them, the plan step is skipped automatically and your workspace starts on a trial. Nothing else about signup changes. Contact us if you want that arrangement for your company.
Limits
- One email address belongs to exactly one Spiich workspace. Signing up with an address that already belongs to another workspace is refused, and you need an invitation from that workspace instead.
- One CRM per workspace. Attio, HubSpot and Pipedrive are the self-serve options. See connect your CRM.
- Company name, first name and last name each need at least two characters.
- When a trial ends with no active subscription, every page redirects to
Settings > Billinguntil billing is sorted.
If something goes wrong
- "Please use your company email address." The domain you entered is on the blocked personal list. Use your company address. If your company genuinely uses one of those domains, ask us to set the workspace up for you.
- "User already exists in another workspace." That address is already in a Spiich workspace. Ask an admin there to invite you from
Settings > User Management, then accept the invitation from the email. - The CRM card is greyed out and `Continue` does nothing. Another CRM is already connected to this workspace. Continue with the connected one, or ask an admin to disconnect it in
Settings > Integrationsfirst. - The CRM refuses the authorization. The person approving is not an admin in the CRM. Use the copy-link route above and hand it to someone who is.
- Every page keeps sending you back to the payment screen. The workspace has no active subscription: either checkout never finished, or the trial ran out. Finish checkout, or open
Settings > Billing. See login problems.
