Company Essentials
Northstar Health is evaluating Spiich for its customer-facing teams.
- Current workflow: notes are split across recordings, CRM updates, and Slack follow-ups.
- Primary challenge: managers lack a reliable view of customer context before important calls.
Participant Profiles
Sofia Martinez • VP Sales
Wants a faster, more consistent way for teams to prepare for enterprise conversations.
James Okafor • Revenue Operations
Cares about CRM hygiene, source attribution, and making every follow-up actionable.
Suggested Angle
Lead with the live meeting workflow, then show how briefings and captured notes stay attached to the customer record.
Debrief the visit before you start the car.
Hold the record button and talk it through. Spiich finds the deal and writes the stage, the value, the close date and the next step. The words land in the chat first, so nothing reaches the CRM until you send them.

How can I
ease your workload?
Message Spiich
Ask the CRM without opening it.
Ask out loud where a deal stands, what was promised and what is still open, and Spiich answers from the CRM, email and past meetings. Handed a business card? Photograph it and it becomes a contact.

What’s the latest on Halden before my call?
Message Spiich
The follow-ups are drafted before you get home.
Ask for the follow-up in the same breath as the update. Spiich drafts it from what you said and the history on the deal, for you to review and send from your own mail.

Hi Daniel!
Thanks for a good conversation today, and for being clear about what Northwind needs first. We’ll start where you suggested: a four-week pilot with the Midwest team, set up so a quote takes an hour instead of a day.
I’ll send the pilot plan and pricing for 25 seats by Thursday, so you have both well before your decision in two weeks.
Talk soon!

What can an AI assistant do for field sales reps?
Take the admin out of the hours between visits. With the Spiich app for iPhone, iPad and Android, a rep reads a brief before each meeting, debriefs by voice on the way out, asks the CRM questions out loud and photographs business cards instead of typing them. Spiich writes the updates to the CRM and drafts the follow-ups for the rep to send. See the mobile app.
Can Spiich record an in-person sales visit?
Not from the phone: the app takes short voice notes, not recordings. The Spiich Recorder for macOS and Windows can record an in-person conversation with its Record pill, so a laptop with the Recorder and a Meeting Recorder license in the room captures the visit. Otherwise, debrief by voice as you walk out, while the details are fresh, and Spiich turns what you say into CRM updates. See recording an in-person conversation.
Can I add a contact from a business card?
Yes. Tap the plus button in the message bar and take a photo. Spiich reads the card and acts on it, so a card you were handed at a site or an event becomes a contact without typing. One message takes up to 10 images, so a stack of cards from one day goes in at once. See photograph a business card.
How do field reps get briefed before a visit?
In My Day on the phone: tap a meeting for its Briefing tab, with an Ask about this meeting prompt for anything the brief did not cover. My Day on the phone needs a connected Google account with meeting briefings switched on. The day’s briefs can also arrive as one email at 6 AM. See briefings and debriefs on the phone.
Does the Spiich app work without a signal?
No. Transcription runs on Spiich’s servers, so a voice update needs a connection. If you are out of coverage, record the debrief once you are back in it, while the visit is still fresh. See voice updates.
Do field reps need a laptop to use Spiich?
Only to start. A new workspace is set up on a computer, and background agents, Tables and workspace administration live in the web app. After that a rep can work the day from the phone: briefs, voice updates, questions, business cards and follow-up drafts. See which app to use.

The Best Voice-to-CRM Tools for B2B Sales Teams in 2026
The right voice-to-CRM tool depends on which CRM you run and where your reps are when they talk. Spiich fits B2B SaaS teams and is the strongest option in the EU, aiOla and Myko go deepest on Salesforce, Voze is the only one that works with no signal, and your CRM may already do a version of this for free.

Stop Letting Salespeople Type Into the CRM
Manual CRM entry should be banned, not reduced. If a person typed it, don't trust it.
