A pipeline that tells the truth.
Complete CRM data without chasing reps, the patterns behind every win and loss, more of every week with customers.
Trusted by the world’s best

Lead from data you trust. Complete records first, then the pipeline review, then what the deals you win have in common.
Stop chasing reps for CRM updates.
Recorded meetings become notes and CRM updates, reps say everything else out loud, and each rep’s connected inbox is read alongside the CRM. The data is complete because nobody has to remember to enter it.

Every rep starts on the deals that matter today.
An admin sets up a table with a plain-English brief such as “the deals I should push on today”, and Spiich picks up to 25 records for each rep from your CRM, each with a note on why it is there.

Walk into the review knowing what moved.
Every deal with a recorded or spoken update carries the stage and next step from it. Ask which deals have gone quiet and Spiich names them, and what is holding each, before they slip. After a recorded meeting it also writes a close-likelihood score to a CRM field.

The Sales Performance Analysis agent compares the deals that closed with the ones that did not, across CRM history, meeting transcripts and email, and reports what the team should repeat or change, with the deals behind every finding.

How can AI help sales managers?
By doing the work managers otherwise chase reps for. Spiich keeps the CRM complete from meetings, email and spoken updates, answers pipeline questions in chat, gives each rep a daily list of the deals to push on, and sends leadership a monthly report on what wins and loses deals. See revenue insights.
How do I get my sales team to spend more time selling?
Remove the work that sits between conversations, rather than asking for more discipline. Salesforce's 2026 State of Sales report finds sales reps spend just 22% of the workweek meeting with customers. The other 78% goes to prospecting (18%), creating quotes (17%), planning (16%), manual data entry (13%), training (11%) and other (3%). Spiich takes data entry, meeting prep and follow-up writing off reps; across customers it eliminates 9+ hours of weekly admin per rep. Read where the rest of the week goes.
What should we look at in a weekly pipeline review?
Only the numbers someone acts on: qualified pipeline created per rep per week, pipeline value on qualified deals only, win rate by source with the deal count beside it, conversion by stage and time in stage. Start with open deals whose close date is already in the past, because each one is a number that is wrong today. Every one of these depends on the CRM reflecting the last conversation, which is the part Spiich takes off reps. Read six checks before your pipeline review.
Will reps actually use it?
Spiich asks less of a rep than the CRM did. Recorded meetings become notes and CRM updates without anyone opening the CRM, anything else is said out loud, and the day’s meeting briefs can arrive as one email at 6 AM. It runs where reps already work: the web app, the iPhone, iPad and Android apps, and a Chrome extension that reads the CRM record on screen. See which app to use.
Can Spiich forecast revenue?
Spiich does not produce a revenue forecast. It keeps the deals your forecast is built from current, names the ones going quiet when you ask, and after a recorded meeting writes a close-likelihood score to a CRM field, shown as a percentage, a band or a verdict. Spiich publishes no accuracy figure for the score.
How do we roll Spiich out to a sales team?
Start with a structured pilot with agreed success criteria, typically hours saved per rep and CRM data accuracy, measured against how the team worked before Spiich. Setup takes 3 minutes: connect the CRM, email and calendar, then invite the team. Salesforce takes longer, because it is set up with the Spiich team during onboarding. See how customer results are measured.
