Solutions / Keeping the CRM current
Your CRM, up to date. Automatically.
Every recorded meeting and every spoken update written to the CRM, without a rep typing it in.
Trusted by the world’s best

A CRM that keeps up with the conversation. Capture what was said, write it to the right records, and catch everything said in between.
Every conversation captured. Nobody takes notes.
The Spiich Recorder captures the call from the rep’s computer, or Spiich takes the transcript from Fathom, Fireflies or Google Meet. The rep listens to the customer instead of typing.

The deal moves when the call ends.
Spiich updates the deal, such as its stage and next step, creates or updates the people and companies involved, saves the meeting note and adds the follow-up task. Choose whether changes go straight in or wait for a rep to accept them.

The hallway conversation counts too.
Not every update has a recording. Reps say what happened, the way they would tell a colleague, and Spiich finds the deal and writes the stage, the value, the close date and the next step.

Find what went quiet before the review does.
Ask which deals have gone quiet. Spiich looks through the CRM, email, calendar and past meetings, names the deals that have stalled and what is holding each one, and drafts the next email for the rep to send.

How do I keep the CRM up to date automatically?
Take the update away from the rep. Spiich turns every recorded or imported meeting into CRM updates: the deal’s stage and next step, the people and companies involved, a meeting note and a follow-up task. Between meetings, reps say anything else out loud and Spiich writes it to the right record. It works natively with HubSpot, Attio and Pipedrive, and with Salesforce after setup with the Spiich team. Hedda now makes 0 manual CRM updates. See meeting notes and CRM updates.
Why is the CRM not updated after meetings?
Because the update is due at the worst possible moment, straight after one meeting and just before the next, and it asks the rep to translate a conversation into fields that mostly serve someone else’s report. Mandates, required fields and training add effort to a task that fails because of effort, which is why they rarely last. Read why sales reps don’t update the CRM. The fix that holds is to write the update from the meeting itself.
Can a rep review a meeting’s CRM updates before they are saved?
Yes. Under Settings, the meeting agent either holds its changes as proposals the rep reviews, dismissing any single one and accepting the rest (Review first), or writes them straight to the CRM (Apply directly), and you can set how much it does after a meeting: Careful, Balanced or Proactive. If any participant has Apply directly on, the whole run works that way. Spiich creates and updates records and never deletes them. See review first, and the one catch.
What about meetings nobody recorded?
Write your notes on the meeting in Spiich and click Process Meeting: it updates the CRM records and drafts the follow-up email, the same as for a recording. Or say the update out loud from the phone. Recording with the Spiich Recorder takes the desktop app and a Meeting Recorder license for the seat, and Spiich also takes in meetings from Fathom, Fireflies and Google Meet, though it does not switch Meet transcription on for you. See processing a meeting you only took notes on.
Which CRM fields can Spiich update?
The records and fields your CRM syncs to Spiich, custom ones included. Every synced object and field has a Visible and a Writable switch in Settings > Object Types, so you decide what Spiich may read and what it may change, and it writes under your CRM’s permissions and validation rules. Spiich does not create new fields in your CRM, and each workspace connects to one CRM. See control what Spiich can see and change.
What does Spiich do with our email?
Each rep connects Gmail or Outlook once, with read-only access. Spiich reads the mailbox alongside the CRM to answer questions, write meeting briefs and draft follow-ups that pick up where the last thread left off. It never sends mail and never saves a draft into your mailbox. See what Spiich does with your mail and calendar.

Why Sales Reps Don't Update the CRM. It Isn't Laziness.
Sales reps don't update the CRM because it is extra work, done at the worst moment, for somebody else. It isn't laziness. Why the usual fixes fail, and what works instead.

Stop Letting Salespeople Type Into the CRM
Manual CRM entry should be banned, not reduced. If a person typed it, don't trust it.
