Reach out with a reason.
Accounts found, scored and researched before you log in. You write the message and have the conversation.
Trusted by the world’s best

The homework, done before you log in. Agents find the accounts, score the fit and name who decides. You make the call and write the message.
Your list, built before you log in.
Start from the Lead Generation template and say which slice of the market to cover. The agent runs on the schedule you set, searches LinkedIn, the web and prospect databases for companies that fit your ideal customer profile (ICP), and writes the new accounts into your CRM.

Know who fits, and who decides.
Each account is scored against the ICP an admin writes once for the workspace, on signs it has the problem right now: hiring, funding news, blog posts and LinkedIn activity. The Buyer Discovery agent then finds the people who decide there, by budget authority and buying signals rather than job title, and writes them into the CRM.

Every call from one list.
Ask Spiich for the list you want to work, such as the leads nobody has contacted yet, and it builds the table from your CRM. A background agent can keep it filled on a schedule. The reason to call and the email are already written on every row, and each row has its own Call and Email buttons. Call. Email. Next.

Hand over the meeting with everything behind it.
The research the agents did is already on the record, so the account executive (AE) taking the meeting starts where you left off. Before it, Spiich writes a brief from the CRM history, past email threads and live research on the company and each person attending.

How can SDRs use AI?
For the research around each message, not for the message. Spiich’s agents find accounts that fit your ideal customer profile (ICP), score them, name the people who decide and keep the CRM current, so an SDR starts the day with a list worth working and a reason to contact each account. The SDR decides what to say and has the conversation. At Zubs, research per lead fell from 15-20 minutes to 1-2 minutes. Read how SDR teams should use AI.
What is the alternative to an AI SDR?
A human SDR with the homework done. An AI SDR finds prospects, writes and sends the outbound email and answers the replies, but once any tool can write a personalized email, a personalized email no longer tells a buyer that anyone chose them. Spiich is not an AI SDR and never sends a message to a prospect: its agents research accounts, score them and find the buyers, and the rep reaches out. Read whether AI SDRs work.
What parts of outbound prospecting should we automate with AI?
The search, and none of the conversation. Automate choosing the accounts that fit, gathering research on them, finding this week’s reason to reach out, finding contact details and keeping the CRM up to date. Keep the message, the call and every reply with a person. Spiich runs the first part as background agents, on a schedule or when a CRM record changes. See what background agents are.
Can Spiich add prospects to a Lemlist campaign?
Yes, when you click. An admin saves your own Lemlist API key once, and Push to Campaign appears on records, table rows and the bulk bar, up to 500 people per push, each with an email address. The assistant can find, enrich and shortlist people but cannot enroll them, and Spiich never sends the emails: your Lemlist account sends the campaign you wrote. See Push to Campaign.
Where does Spiich find prospects’ emails and phone numbers?
Through contact enrichment, which looks up an email address, a phone number or a LinkedIn profile. An agent only enriches when that permission is switched on for it, and each lookup uses credits. If your team already pays for Lusha, Wiza, Apollo, FullEnrich or Lemlist, an admin can add that provider’s API key and select it for the team, so enrichment spends that provider’s credits instead. See bring your own enrichment provider.
How do SDRs make calls from Spiich?
From a table. Ask Spiich for the list you want to work, such as the leads nobody has contacted yet, and give the table a Call button: every row gets one that opens the person’s number in your phone or the dialer you already use. Spiich is not a dialer and does not place the call itself. See action columns.

Do AI SDRs Work? What the Research Says
AI SDRs fail because once any tool can write a personalised email, a personalised email proves nothing. What the research says, and what top salespeople do instead.
