Grow the accounts you already have.

Know the history before every call, catch the growth signal early, keep every promise.

Trusted by the world’s best

Every account, remembered. The history before every call, the signals between them, and nothing promised forgotten.

Walk in knowing everything the account has told you.

Before every external meeting, Spiich writes a brief from the deal history in the CRM, past email threads and live research on the company and each person in the room. The day’s briefs can arrive as one email at 6 AM in your own timezone.

Agents watch the accounts you can’t check every week.

Start from the Key Account Monitoring template and upload your account list, and a background agent watches exactly those accounts on a schedule. It reads what your CRM, email and meetings hold on each one, then researches the company and the champions inside it for new signals such as hiring, funding news or LinkedIn activity.

Ask what was promised, not who remembers.

Ask in chat or out loud what was agreed last time, who is involved and what is still open. Spiich answers from the CRM, email and past meetings, so the history stays with the account when the account changes hands.

How can AI help with key account management?

By taking the admin around each account off the account manager, so the time goes to the customer. Spiich writes a brief before every customer meeting, writes the notes, CRM updates and follow-up draft after it, and runs background agents that watch your named accounts for signals worth acting on. Every meeting lands in the CRM, so the account’s history is in the record rather than in one person’s head. See how to build an agent from a template.

What is in a meeting brief for an existing customer?

Four sections: Company Essentials, Participant Profiles, CRM Deal History and Strategic Insights, drawn from the CRM, past email threads and live research. Spiich writes one for every external meeting with between 2 and 50 attendees, starting within 24 hours, and shows it in My Day. At Zubs, meeting prep fell to under 1 minute. See what a briefing contains.

Can Spiich monitor a list of key accounts?

Yes. The Key Account Monitoring template takes an uploaded account list, matches it to the organizations in your CRM and pins a background agent to exactly those records, up to 500 of them. The agent runs on the schedule you set and writes what it finds back to the account, so reps reach out with a reason rather than a routine check-in. See scheduled runs.

Can a renewals team give Spiich different instructions from new business?

Yes. An admin writes the ideal customer profile (ICP) and the team’s way of working once for the workspace, and each team can override it, so a new-business team and a renewals team get different framing from the same agents. See give a team its own agent personality.

Can Spiich tell me what was promised to a customer?

Yes. Ask in chat or out loud, for example “What did we agree last time, who is involved, and what are the open risks?”, and mention the account so Spiich reads its record. It answers from the CRM, the meeting notes it wrote after each call and your connected email, so a promise made in a meeting six months ago is still there when the account changes hands. See good ways to ask about a record.
