About Rebaba
Rebaba sells and manufactures commercial and industrial circular battery systems - often to businesses buying energy infrastructure for the first time. The result: long sales cycles, layered buying committees, and a critical need to reach the right decision-maker. Rebaba is a rapidly expanding team of 11 people, with sales led by Pontus Lund, CCO, and Ludvig Karlberg, CFO.
3x Market Coverage
TL;DR: Rebaba spent weeks on research and surfacing decision-makers for prospects. Spiich reduced it to minutes and increased market coverage by 3x.
Rebaba's buyers are enterprises, often publicly traded, with layered decision-making structures where budget authority, technical sign-off, and operational ownership sit in different parts of the organisation. "Finding the right person can take weeks," says Pontus, a process requiring digging through company websites, annual reports, LinkedIn, and manually creating org charts.
Calling lists offered a shortcut, but not a reliable one. "With a calling list you get a CEO, maybe a head of production or a property manager - rarely the right person," says Pontus. As research was time-consuming, market coverage stayed low at 17%.
"What previously took me multiple hours across many weeks, Spiich now does in two prompts," says Pontus. After identifying one ideal customer, he asks Spiich to find 25 more with matching profiles. In less than a week, Rebaba achieved 50% market coverage.
"At our stage, you can't justify five hours finding the right person for every prospect."
— Pontus Lund, CCO, Rebaba
Key results:
- 3x market coverage in under a week
Cold Email to Booked Meeting in 7 Minutes
TL;DR: Previous AI tools created more editing, not less. Spiich delivered what they couldn't: outreach specific enough to send without rewriting.
With 20-30% of Pontus and Ludvig's work time going to email drafting, they needed outreach specific enough to earn replies. Despite email being one of Rebaba's key channels, they had not found an AI tool that delivered. "They write too general and generic - you can't put your name on them," says Pontus. "They just create more editing. You end up rewriting everything."
A real estate company had been on Rebaba's radar for months, but Ludvig had no way in - no obvious stakeholder, no angle. Spiich found one: a contact within the company who had previous involvement in battery projects - a connection Ludvig had missed entirely.
"7 minutes after I sent the email, he had booked a meeting."
— Ludvig Karlberg, CFO, Rebaba
Key results:
- More prospects reached with higher-quality outreach
- Emails precise enough to book a meeting in 7 minutes
Better Prep. Better Data. Fewer Missed Follow-ups.
TL;DR: Underprepared meetings and incomplete CRM data slow deals. Spiich saves 5-10 minutes per meeting and increases data quality.
Important deal context lived in inboxes and memory - not in the CRM. "Before, you'd either have to hope you'd written your notes down in Attio, or dig through email threads hoping to find something useful," says Pontus. "Spiich helps us add better data and more of it to the CRM."
That data compounds in meetings. Entering a meeting underprepared with a senior stakeholder can lose the account. "With Spiich, you just say 'prepare me for this meeting' - and it pulls everything from your inbox, CRM, and the web." Meeting briefs save Pontus 5-10 minutes per meeting. "A lot of the value lies in being able to bring up the right things and show that you're well-prepared and knowledgeable," Ludvig adds.
Missed follow-ups can set deals back weeks. "I use Spiich to manage tasks in Attio - ensuring things get followed up," says Ludvig. "It's not something you can afford to forget."
Key results:
- 5–10 minutes saved per meeting
- Fewer follow-ups missed
- Pipeline that reflects actual team knowledge
Efficiency First. Quality is What Stuck.
"We started with Spiich for efficiency. We stayed for the quality."
— Pontus Lund, CCO, Rebaba
The Rebaba team signed up expecting to save time on research and email drafting. Within 5 minutes, Spiich was delivering value. What they didn't expect was the impact on deal quality - sharper meetings, better data, and outreach precise enough to open doors that had been closed for months.
"Getting started with Spiich took 1 minute. It provided value within 5." says Pontus.
