Founding Deployment Strategist.

GTMStockholm, SwedenPosted

We’re looking for a Founding Deployment Strategist to roll Spiich out across our largest customers, sales teams of hundreds of reps. You’ll win the buying committee with a plan they believe, then deliver it: find what the customer’s best reps do differently, build it into Spiich so every rep does it, and prove the result in their numbers. Must be commercially sharp, technically fluent, and someone who keeps every promise.

Why join

We’re a small, talent-dense team building a generation-defining company from Stockholm. We value speed, rigor, and extreme ownership. If you think in the customer’s numbers, enjoy turning a complex organization into a working system, and keep the promises you make, you’ll feel at home.

Every sales team has a few reps who do something measurably better: follow-ups that get replies, qualification that predicts wins. That know-how lives in their heads. You’ll get it out, build it into Spiich, and give it to every rep in the organization. At a team of hundreds, the sales leader is rarely the hard part: the deal is won by a plan the whole buying committee believes, and kept by delivering it. Not another implementation role working through a setup checklist.

We’re backed by founders and operators behind Lovable, OpenAI, Tandem Health, and Neo4j. Our customers across 15+ countries report 90% less prospecting time, 3x market coverage, and 2x customer meetings.

What you'll do

In one sentence: Win the buying committee with a plan, then deliver what it promised.

  • Win the buying committee: Once our sellers have the sales leader on board, take the deal to RevOps, IT and security, finance, and the rest of the committee with a deployment plan and a value equation in their own numbers
  • Find what the best reps do differently: Dig through CRM and activity data for the reps who are measurably better, then shadow and interview them until you can write down what they can’t explain
  • Build it into Spiich: Turn that know-how into Spiich agents, workflows, and CRM setup tailored to the customer’s process, and write the specs our engineers build anything custom from
  • Run the pilot and prove the lift: Start with one team and clear success criteria, measure before and after, and bring the result that gets the contract signed
  • Roll out in waves: Take each new team, region, or use case live with a plan and milestones, together with Customer Success, who keep each wave healthy once it’s running
  • Feed the product: Bring the patterns you see across deployments to the product team, so what one customer needed shapes what we build next

Your scoreboard: pilots that convert, deployment milestones hit on time, and teams that actually use what you built.

Who you are

  • No set number of years: we weigh what you’ve delivered over how long you’ve worked
  • Commercially sharp: you can build a value equation in a customer’s own numbers (what a rep hour, a point of win rate, or a faster ramp is worth) that a CFO accepts
  • You’ve written a plan, sold it to the people who had to approve it, and delivered what it promised
  • You know how sales teams work from the inside, from RevOps, sales enablement, consulting, or carrying a number yourself
  • You get knowledge out of people: you can shadow a top performer and write down what they can’t explain
  • Technically fluent: comfortable configuring a CRM, connecting webhooks and MCPs, and leading engineers on what to build
  • You’ve pushed a change through an organization that pushed back, and made it stick
  • Fully committed to the mission: not “just a job”

Bonus: A technical degree or time as a developer, and experience rolling out systems at large organizations.

What we offer

  • Own deployments at our largest customers from day one, and define how Spiich deploys from scratch
  • Variable compensation tied to pilot conversion and deployment milestones
  • Meaningful equity through qualified employee stock options (QESO)
  • Work directly with the founders, our sellers, and our engineers
  • Mission-driven, no-BS culture: experiment, ship, learn
  • On-site in our Stockholm office, with travel to customers when a deployment calls for it
  • Competitive compensation package

About Spiich Labs

Spiich is the agentic platform for sales teams. Reps focus on the human work, building relationships, building trust, and closing deals, while Spiich agents handle everything else: prospecting, lead generation, CRM updates, meeting prep, follow-ups, and everything in between. The system integrates knowledge graphs, memory, and agentic workflows to deliver real help, not just summarisation or search. We’re backed by founders and operators behind Lovable, OpenAI, Tandem Health, and Neo4j.

How we hire

  1. Submit your application
  2. Intro call with Johan (Co-founder & CEO)
  3. Deployment case: we give you a mock 200-rep sales organization, its data, and one standout rep; present your deployment plan and value equation to us (we’ll play a skeptical CFO and RevOps lead)
  4. Plan vs. outcome: walk us through a plan you ran end to end, what actually happened, and what you’d promise differently now
  5. Join us for trial work lasting 2 days on-site. We’ll see how you tick and you get to meet the team and explore whether joining Spiich feels right for you.

We move fast; the full process typically takes under two weeks.

How to apply

Drop us a line with your LinkedIn, a business case you built, and a deployment plan you ran end to end. Applications with a CV or cover letter will not be reviewed.
