### Will Spiich send emails from my Outlook?

No. Spiich holds read-only access, so it cannot send or even save a draft in your mailbox. Each draft opens prefilled in Outlook on the web or your desktop mail app, and you press Send. ### How quickly do new Outlook meetings show up in Spiich?

Within about an hour. Microsoft calendars refresh on an hourly pass over the next 24 hours, plus a nightly pass covering three days back and 30 days forward.

### Can a shared or team mailbox be connected?

No. Spiich reads the account you sign in with and its primary calendar only. Shared mailboxes, shared calendars, and subscribed calendars are not synced.

### Can I connect both Outlook and Gmail?

Not on the same user. Each person connects one mail and calendar provider. To switch, disconnect Microsoft 365 in Settings and connect Google.
