Spiich checks it against Apollo before saving, so a wrong key is rejected on the spot, not at the next lookup. ### Emails and phone numbers Finds a contact's email address and phone number from an email, a LinkedIn profile URL, or a name and company. ### Your Apollo plan Lookups run on your Apollo account and draw on its credits, so the data you already pay for does the work. ### Chosen per team Each team picks its enrichment provider in Team Management, so one team can run on Apollo while another uses a different provider. ### Agents that enrich Background agents with enrichment switched on look contacts up through Apollo as they prospect. A workspace admin opens Settings, then Integrations, then API in Apollo and creates or reveals an API key, then adds it on the Apollo card under Settings > Integrations > Enrichment providers in Spiich. Spiich validates the key against Apollo before saving it. The team also has to select Apollo as its enrichment provider in Team Management. Until it does, enrichment keeps running the default way. For prospecting, it can: Spiich searches LinkedIn, the web and other databases, ranks what it finds against your ideal customer profile (ICP), and writes it into your CRM. If your team already has Apollo, connect it and Spiich enriches contacts from your Apollo data instead. While the key is connected and the team has Apollo selected, enrichment lookups run on your Apollo plan.
