# My Day

> My Day is the day-by-day view of your meetings with their briefings, notes, recordings, CRM proposals and follow-up drafts, plus your tasks. It shows only meetings you are a participant in.

## Before you start

- Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 connected. Without one, My Day replaces itself with a connect screen.

My Day is where a meeting lives in the web app. Open it from the left sidebar, or from the command palette with Cmd+K on macOS or Ctrl+K on Windows. Each day lists the meetings you have, and opening one gives you everything Spiich holds about it.

## What My Day shows

- **The day's meetings**, with times and attendees. Step between days, or jump back to Today.
- **The `Meeting Briefing` card** on each meeting: the prep, the participants with their RSVP status, the organizer, the external attendees, the linked CRM records, the platform and a `Join` button.
- **Notes**, saved as you type, and shared with the desktop recorder so the same note is editable in both.
- **The recording**, where one exists, with a player, a speaker-coloured timeline and a talk-time breakdown, plus the searchable transcript.
- **CRM proposals** waiting for your review, and the **follow-up email draft**.
- **My tasks**, alongside the meetings.

If neither Google nor Microsoft is connected, My Day replaces itself with an inline connect screen offering `Connect Google Workspace` and `Connect Microsoft 365`. You do not have to go to the Integrations page: connect there and the OAuth round trip drops you back on My Day.

## Only meetings you are in

My Day lists meetings you are a participant in, and nothing else. A meeting you declined is hidden too. This is worth knowing before you go looking for a colleague's call: it is not that the meeting is missing, it is that My Day is your own day, not the workspace's.

Some calendar entries never become Spiich meetings at all:

- All-day events are never imported.
- Events with one attendee or fewer, which is most focus blocks, reminders and out-of-office entries, are never imported.
- Zero-length entries are hidden unless they have a recording attached.

## Opening a meeting

Click a meeting to open it. Inside, the work is split into the meeting's own chat plus a set of tabs:

| Summary | The single summary Spiich wrote from the recording |
| Transcript | Speaker-labelled turns with timestamps, searchable, click a turn to jump the audio |
| Proposals | CRM changes the agent suggests but has not made, with `Accept all` |
| Email | The follow-up draft, with the buttons that hand it to your mail client |

Beside all of that is the meeting's own chat. Ask it about the meeting, ask it to revise the email draft in place, or ask it to do CRM work. On the briefing card, the question button next to a participant feeds "Tell me more about" that person straight into the same chat.

## The layout is not identical everywhere

> **Note:** My Day is one of the surfaces Spiich is actively reshaping, and different workspaces are on different layouts. Depending on yours, the same information may sit in a dialog with `Notes`, `Proposals` and `Email` tabs and an agent control in the header, or in a split view with a Notes panel and a `Process Meeting` button. Follow the actions described here rather than expecting the panels to sit in the same places as a screenshot.

The actions themselves are the same in every layout: read the briefing, take notes, process or review, send the follow-up.

## Briefings can pause themselves

If your daily briefing digests go unopened for 10 days, Spiich stops preparing them and shows a "Meeting preps are paused" banner at the top of My Day. `Turn preps back on` resumes them and prepares today's meetings straight away, reporting progress in the banner. ## Limits

- Only meetings you are a participant in, and never ones you declined.
- Spiich cannot create, move, cancel or RSVP to a calendar event. Make the change in Google Calendar or Outlook and Spiich picks it up on the next sync.
- Google calendars push changes through in near real time. Microsoft calendars refresh on the hourly and nightly syncs instead.

## If something goes wrong

- **My Day shows the connect screen.** Neither provider is connected on your user. Use the buttons on that screen.
- **"No meetings today" with a full calendar.** The entries are probably all-day events, solo blocks, or zero-length. Check the event has at least one other attendee and a real start and end time. On Microsoft, a very recently added event waits for the next hourly sync.
- **A cancelled meeting is still listed.** The cancellation has not synced yet. Google cancellations arrive with the next push; other removals are cleaned up on the nightly pass.
- **A meeting has no recording player.** Either it was never recorded, the recording came from another tool and shows an `Open` link instead, or an admin turned off `Show recordings in meetings` for the workspace.

## Frequently asked questions

### Can I see a colleague's meetings in My Day?

No. My Day is built from your own connected calendar and lists only meetings you are a participant in. Meetings you declined are hidden as well.

### Why is my focus block missing from My Day?

Calendar entries with one attendee or fewer are never imported as meetings, and neither are all-day events. Focus blocks, reminders and out-of-office entries fall into those categories on purpose, so the day view stays a list of actual meetings.

### Can I open one meeting directly?

Yes. Each meeting has its own address under the day view, so a link to a single meeting can be bookmarked or shared with a colleague who was also in the meeting.

### Is My Day available on my phone?

Yes. The Spiich mobile app has a My Day entry in its sidebar, and opening a meeting there gives you a Briefing tab and a Debrief tab where you can add notes or ask about what happened. See [the mobile app guide](/help/apps/mobile-app).
